I was a stay at home mom until 1996 when we bought Right Choice Flooring. Developing our systems was a big adjustment for me. Gratefully, I could draw upon my previous work experience in the office of a construction company. I have come to realize that developing systems to ensure a stress-free experience for our clients is an ongoing process. I have made it my personal mission to strive to ensure that the flooring purchase stage of all constuction and renovation projects be as fun, relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

To say selling flooring was a big learning curve is a huge understatement. However, I was lucky enough to be trained by the best in the business! In 2001, I received my diploma in Interior Decorating. I love this career path. I am challenged every day and I get to be creative – helping clients develop beautiful spaces to increase their quality of life.

For me, the most challenging part of being a business owner has been finding staff that I can trust to take care of my clients as well as I would. I am happy to say that I have a team of amazing advisors who consider it a joy to give you the very best shopping experience. I would like to thank each one of them for their dedication and hard work. Thank you, as well, to all my clients past, present and future for supporting my business.
